New perspective, implementation framework, and new skills accelerate the work of transformation.  Health care’s problems are not intractable, but they require new solutions.  Unfortunately, old perspectives don’t lead to new solutions.  To help people gain new perspectives, we invite people to engage with others in live, facilitated discussions of case studies we’ve written that explore successful transformations.  Implementation frameworks are the roadmaps of transformation; others have gone before you, and you can learn from their insights.  Finally, transformation requires new skills – things like research tools for understanding the outcomes that matter most to patients, design thinking to build new solutions, cost accounting and bundled payment, and strategic analysis.
