1st edition of the Americas Dragons' Grant
The VBHC Summit of the Americas will present the 1st Edition of the America’s Dragons’ Grant, a transatlantic competition in partnership with the renowned international initiative, launched in 2018 by Value-Based Health Care Center Europe in the Netherlands, to bring together highly experienced pioneers in the implementation of Value-Based Health Care and early-stage initiatives.
The Summit will also bring together VBHC practitioners, early adopters and enthusiasts from all over Canada & Brazil, celebrating promising initiatives, networking & building momentum. A rich educational and scientific programme will be sure to leave participants inspired and mobilized to transform healthcare in their own work!
The purpose of this Dragon’s Grant and Endorsement is to identify and recognize VBHC “rough diamonds” that need some modelling and support development-stage diamonds that need to scale in order to accelerate their VBHC initiatives. The nominated projects could be future winners of the VBHC Prize! The event will be hybrid, allowing in-person and virtual participation, will rotate between Brazil and Canada each year, and will be an occasion to celebrate and learn from existing VBHC implementation initiatives in these countries and hear about promising projects underway.
In addition to stimulating networking and mobilizing healthcare sector leaders who share the same value-oriented mindset, in this first edition of the VBHC Summit of the Americas, Dragons’ Grant winners will gain recognition for their promising initiatives, and will also benefit from personalized mentoring from VBHC Ambassadors and automatic participation in the international VBHC Dragons’ Grant in Amerongen, Netherlands on May 14, 2024.
